Informe de seguridad alimentaria - Subway, Gambrills Maryland

I had the same experience after eating an egg, cheese, spinach, green pepper, and tomato flatbread from a Subway in NC. I was seriously ill hours later with severe stomach pains, vomiting even water, and later diarrhea. I ended up in the hospital for several days. I purchased my egg sandwich on November 16th. Nobody else in my family ended up sick, but I was the only one who ate at Subway that day. All our other food was in common. I suspect the Subway sandwich might have been the culprit but don't know for sure.
