Boris et Biscotti, a company based in Chicoutimi, has issued a recall for several prepared food items due to undeclared wheat, soy, and sulfites. These products were sold in various establishments in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region.

- Allergens: Wheat
- Format: Variable
- Lot Targeted: All the lots, including the label, do not mention the presence of wheat

PRODUCT: "CHICKEN PADSEW"
- Allergens: Wheat
- Format: Variable
- Lot Targeted: All the lots, including the label, do not mention the presence of wheat

All affected products were sold in variable sizes without allergen labeling.

The recall, classified as Class I, was announced on June 23, 2026.
