Centennial General Partner Inc. is recalling its Centennial Food Service brand Meat products due to pieces of metal. These products were distributed to Hotels, restaurants, and institutions in Alberta and British Columbia.The recalled products are:
- Centennial Food Service Pork Loin with Cranberry Stuffing 18% Meat Protein, 8.21 kg, code: 50989. Production Date: 2023 NO 06 and 2023 NO 07
- Centennial Food Service Lean Ground Beef Local, 5 kg, code: 52020. Production Date: 2023 NO 14 and 2023 NO 15
- Centennial Food Service Lean Ground Beef Comm, 5 kg, code: 52061. Production Date: 2023 NO 15 and 2023 NO 16
- Centennial Food Service Medium Ground Beef Contract, 25 kg, code: 52034. Production Date: 2023 NO 07, 2023 NO 09, and 2023 NO 10
- Centennial Food Service Medium Ground Beef Contract, 5 kg, code: 52046. Production Date: 2023 NO 06
- Centennial Food Service Lean Ground Beef Commercial, 5 kg, code: 52060. Production Date: 2023 NO 07, 2023 NO 14, 2023 NO 15, 2023 NO 16, and 2023 NO 17
