Cloverleaf Creamery has issued a voluntary recall of its ice cream products due to improper pasteurization. The recall affects products distributed to grocery stores and restaurants across Idaho.The recalled ice cream is:
- Packaged in half-gallon containers
- With manufacturing code dates from 62 through 106, followed by a 1 or 2, such as 62-1 or 62-2.
The issue was identified during a routine regulatory review of pasteurization records.
