Produce Innovations has issued a voluntary recall of its roast beef and cheddar closed-face sandwiches due to incorrect labeling. The product was mislabeled as a turkey and cheddar sub. The labeling error was discovered through internal review, prompting the Class III recall. The recall was initiated by the firm on May 27, 2026. The classification date was June 24, 2026.
