Quebec, Canada

Yuzu Sushi has issued a recall for its "Salade de calmars" due to undeclared wheat, posing a risk to individuals with wheat allergies or celiac disease. The product was sold in Yuzu Sushi locations across Quebec.

The recalled product is:
- "Salade de calmars"
- 100g packaged in clear plastic containers
- With UPC code 98040005009.
- All lots without wheat listed on the label are affected.

The issue was identified in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food (MAPAQ). The recall is classified as Class I, published on December 19, 2025.
