Ordered a carnitas bowl to go on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at approximately 1:00 pm. At 3:30 that same afternoon, I became violently ill (an explosion) to where I had to immediately leave work.

I had a regular chicken burrito bowl with rice, beans, guac, cheese, sour cream and the hot salsa. I haven't been able to leave the bathroom for HOURS. PLEASE AVOID!!!

A little after 1pm, I ordered a bowl to go with brown rice, both beans, chicken, mild salsa, cheese and lettuce. Chips and guac on the side Ate and took a nap. About 3 hrs later, upset stomach and diarrhea set in. 3 trips to toilet across…
