Commandé à partir de Doordash le 16 février 2021. Bol à steak commandé, riz brun, steak, haricots noirs, guacamole. S'est réveillé le 2/17, vomir toute la journée, nausée, vomir de la bile, de la diarrhée, ne pouvait pas garder la nourriture ou l'eau pendant 24 heures et a dû dormir toute une journée.

Purchased chicken tacos from this Chipotle location 1730, finished eating around 1800, started to feel nauseous towards the end of the meal. Stomach cramps started 1830. Diarrhea started at 1840.
