Ordered from Doordash February 16 2021. Ordered steak bowl, brown rice, steak, black beans, guacamole. Woke up on 2/17, throwing up all day, nauseous, throwing up bile, diarrhea, couldn’t keep down food or water for 24 hours and had to sleep for an entire day.

Chicken Tacos Cause Illness

Purchased chicken tacos from this Chipotle location 1730, finished eating around 1800, started to feel nauseous towards the end of the meal. Stomach cramps started 1830. Diarrhea started at 1840.
