Hier soir, j'ai mangé des boulettes de viande et des frites. Hier soir, j'ai dîné là-bas et j'ai commencé à me sentir malade tard dans la nuit, jusqu'à ce matin, où la situation s'est aggravée avec des nausées, des vomissements, des maux d'estomac, de la diarrhée et de forts maux de tête.

Felt very poorly on 26th August 2018 after meal at IKEA Croydon on 25th August 2018. It was: Salmon salad, IKEA original 15 meatballs gravy jell and chips. black coffee.

A few hours after consuming ikea meatballs I started to feel nauseous, this continued to get more and more severe, no sleep overnight and now still feeling sick 24 hours later.
