Last night I ate a 6" turkey sub no cheese on Italian herbs and cheese, toasted, with lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, salt pepper and mayo and was vomiting at 2 am and was vomiting out the actual sandwhich which was 9 hrs after eating it...
