J'ai commencé à avoir mal à la tête après ma pause déjeuner, étourdi et affalé. Je suis rentré à la maison et environ une heure plus tard, je vomis, 20 minutes et seulement moi

Went there around 9 got it home around 9:20am are I went to bed around 1:30am to be woken up by the need to poop and throw up at the same time and it’s been like that for the last 4-5 hours no sleep stomach ache nausea throwing up and pooping
