- comments: evidence of improper pest control on premises. Observed 27 mice droppings inside storage closet in dry storage room and 11 mice droppings under dry storage unit. Instructed to clean/ sanitize all areas. Priority foundation issued 7-38-020(a).
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: unable to locate a backflow preventer device on water line of ice machine. Instructed backflow device must be visible to be serviced/ maintained.
