I ordered a grilled chicken salad, rice, black beans, everything on it. A couple of the pieces of lettuce looked sketchy but I didn't eat them. I had one bite of my son's tortilla soup, but he didn't get sick. I'm thinking it was probably the lettuce. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
