I ate at Chipotle on 8/13/16 around 1:30, ordered a bowl with brown rice, sofritas, black beans, lettuce, corn, bell peppers, cheese, a little sour cream and that was what I ate the entire day. On Sunday morning I awoke and my stomach felt queezy, I spent all day Sunday with an upset stomach and could not eat a thing and did not want to, by Monday morning everything was coming out, by Monday afternoon I was throwing up violently into the night, at Midnight it was still coming out both ends and wanted out of my misery. Tuesday morning I went to urgent care they gave me, pills to stop the vomiting and a fecal test kit. Because I have not eaten anything since Saturday and still cannot, everything is out of me, I can't even use the bathroom to give them a sample because the thought of putting food in my mouth makes me sick all over again. It's Thursday 8/18/16 and I fell like hell still. I've missed work for almost a week and want to get something out of me to give to the doctors so they can tell me what the heck is inside me! | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements
