I had a chicken burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, spicy salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce. I consumed the food at around 1:00pm on November 20th, 2016 and began to feel sick by around 7:00pm. Severe diarrhea began at midnight, followed by violent and repeated vomiting. At one point I was seeing stars and became extremely lightheaded. I honestly felt like I was going to pass out. It was terrifying enough that I began yelling to my fiance who was asleep because I thought I might pass out in the bathroom and be left there. It's scary how similar my symptoms are compared with the individual who lives in California and posted on November 19th. We're all the way across the USA and getting similar symptoms. It is now 10:00am on November 21st and I am still very sick.
