I only had chipotle yesterday. I had a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans & sofritas. I had green salsa with cheese sour cream, lettuce, corn & guac. I woke up at 4:30am with diarrhea & vomiting. I had to call into work because it didn't stop & it's now almost 2pm and I'm still vomiting with diarrhea. I can't keep anything down. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
