After eating a quesadilla from the chipotle restaurant at mayfaire town center here in Wilmington, NC I experienced severe nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting throughout the night. It began a few hours after eating. It has subsided and I have not had to go to the hospital. The quesadilla contained steak, cheese, their corn salsa, and their medium spice tomato salsa. I ordered and ate it around 5pm on march 25, 2017. No one else in my party experienced the symptoms. They all had either chicken or vegetable dishes. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
