Purchased and consumed the following around 8:00PM Monday, Dec 9th.Burrito bowl, 3 small tortillas for building tacos from the bowl, some chips (small amunt of spouses queso). Bowl ingredients: White Rice, Pinto Beans, Carne Asada, Fajita Veggies, Source Cream, Cheese, Hot Sauce, Pico de Gallo, Quacamole, Lettuce.
Heart burn begun a couple hours post meal, nausea and diarrhea to follow the next day (today).
