Bowl ingredients: White Rice, Pinto Beans, Carne Asada, Fajita Veggies, Source Cream, Cheese, Hot Sauce, Pico de Gallo, Quacamole, Lettuce.
Heart burn begun a couple hours post meal, nausea and diarrhea to follow the next day (today).
