- comments: observed food not protected on bakery sales floor. Observed rack of ready to eat baked goods without barrier between customers and product. Instructed food must be protected at all times with a barrier. Operator provided plastic shield to rack during inspection. Priority violation 7-38-005. No citation issued.

- comments: observed the following previous core violations not corrected from report # 2356211, dated 1/7/20. Must complete the following: #37 observed bulk food items and items stored out of original containers without identifying labels. Must provide labels on all bulk items and foods stored out of original container. #47 observed milk crates being used as shelves in the food prep areas. Must remove and provide shelves that are durable, non-absorbent, smooth, easily cleanable, 6' off the floor and provide floor access to ensure adequate facility cleaning. #51 observed a slight leak from the faucet base of the 3-compartment sink. Must repair and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. No citation issued.
