Hier soir, j'ai mangé de la salsa/chips et une assiette combinée taco au boeuf/burrito au poulet avec riz et haricots. Le mal de ventre a commencé au milieu de la nuit et tout s'est déchaîné (sans jeu de mots) ce matin - quatre fois ! ! ! | Symptômes: Nausée, Diarrhée, Douleur d'estomac

L'intoxication alimentaire commence plus tôt que cela. Vous avez probablement eu un virus de l'estomac

Hi, thanks for your comment - but this is not entirely true. Onset times for food poisoning vary greatly. Chemical contamination can be within minutes, but there are other pathogens in which the onset of symptoms is not immediate and can show up later (e.g. Campylobacter - 2 to 5 days; E. coli - 1 to 8 days; Vibrio - 1 to 7 days).
