Last night, had salsa/chips and a beef taco/chicken burrito combo plate w/ rice & beans. The stomach ache started in the middle of the night and everything broke loose (no pun intended) this morning - four times!!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Food poisoning starts sooner than that. You prob had a stomach virus

Hi, thanks for your comment - but this is not entirely true. Onset times for food poisoning vary greatly. Chemical contamination can be within minutes, but there are other pathogens in which the onset of symptoms is not immediate and can show up later (e.g. Campylobacter - 2 to 5 days; E. coli - 1 to 8 days; Vibrio - 1 to 7 days).
