Report date: Mar 13, 202010. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: violation codes: 5-204. 11 inspector comments: found no hand wash sink in the dish washing area and serving line area. Instructed to provide and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c)
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 30 or more mice droppings on floor along wall base behind milk crates and window screen near receiving door,on footing and floor behind floor mixer,on floor next to and behind walk in freezer. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/13/20. (priority foundation)

- comments: observed an appx. '1/2-3/4' gap along left door at right side of double lunch room door. Must make door tight fitting.

- comments: must repair or replace loose drain line inside of reach in freezer. Must remove ice build up from same and 3- door reach in freezer.

- comments: must repair or replace low cold water pressure at hand sink in kitchen staff toilet room.

- comments: must repair or replace damaged wall in dry food storage area and damaged wall base in lunch room. Damaged floor tile under milk cooler on center serving line and kitchen staff break room.
