Instructed to always have a city of chicago food service sanitation manager on site while tcs foods are being prepared handled or served to the public. Priority foundation 7-38-012. - comments: 5-103. 11(b) observed the food prep area hand washing sink in poor repair and unable to turn on. Instructed to repair. Observed no hot water at the drink station hand washing sink. At the time of the inspection hot water only reached 61f. Instructed to provide adequate hot water (at least 100f) at all hand washing sinks at all times. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-030(c).
