J'ai reçu une salade Cobb de Chick-fil-A et environ 40 minutes plus tard, j'ai commencé à vomir. Les vomissements duraient 10 heures toutes les 20/25 minutes, fièvre, crampes, déshydratation, douleurs abdominales. C'était affreux que je sois venu très près de devoir aller aux urgences, je ne peux pas dire que j'y mangerai un jour à nouveau.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements, déshydratation, Crampes

This Panda Express location brings food to my place of work every Wednesday. I had it today and ended up with supreme diarrhea all afternoon. It was the Kung Pao chicken with fried rice. Ironically, "kung pow" was the sound it made as it exploded out of my colon.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée

Visited Chipotle on the intersection of 17-92 and 436 on 8/11/16 at 4:00pm. Began having very slight abdoninal cramps followed by frequent diarrhea. No vomitting or blood seen in stool.
