我从小鸡那里得到了一份 Cobb 沙拉，大约 40 分钟后我开始呕吐。呕吐每 20/25 分钟持续 10 个小时，发烧，抽筋，脱水，腹痛。不得不去那儿太可怕了，我不能说我会再在那里吃饭。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 脱水, 抽筋

我在 2016 年 11 月 10 日星期四下午 4 点 30 分至 5 点左右吃了来自小凯撒的 “即热” 意大利辣香肠披萨。然后我晚上 8 点左右从午睡中醒来，腹痛很严重，到了晚上 8 点 45 分，我非常恶心，开始呕吐。第二天我去看医生，医生告诉我我的病很可能是食物中毒，并诊断出我患有肠胃炎和脱水。他还给了我两个药方来减轻我的痛苦。

This Panda Express location brings food to my place of work every Wednesday. I had it today and ended up with supreme diarrhea all afternoon. It was the Kung Pao chicken with fried rice. Ironically, "kung pow" was the sound it made as it exploded out of my colon.  | 症状: 腹泻

Visited Chipotle on the intersection of 17-92 and 436 on 8/11/16 at 4:00pm. Began having very slight abdoninal cramps followed by frequent diarrhea. No vomitting or blood seen in stool. Had a burrito bowl, half chicken, half soritas with black beans, rice, lettuce, and cheese.  | 症状: 腹泻
