After eating at pei wei on Saturday 04/07/2018 my sister in law and I started feeling very sick on Monday.
Symptoms included diarrhea, fever, stomach cramps, muscle weakness and vomiting.
I had the orange chicken with fried rice and she had a tuna salad.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我的妻子在佛罗里达州佛罗里达州的阿尔塔蒙特斯普林斯医院工作，晚上 9 点半左右她去消防站阿尔塔蒙特斯普林斯（Altamonte Springs）吃午饭，她以为是月经期的身体感觉没有什么不同。下午 11 点左右她感到头晕上班 11 点 30 分回家她什么时候睡觉感觉不舒服，下午 1 点 30 分左右她发烧和呕吐，腹泻。早上 5 点到佛罗里达州玛丽湖医院急诊室的时候。

Me and my younger sister came here to eat. We both got honey chicken, noodles and rice, also the beef vegetables. After 30 minutes of eating we both felt awful. Upset stomach. Led all the way to throwing up.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

昨晚吃了沙拉，之后立即出现了非常水样的腹泻。没想到是来自沙拉的。今天午饭还剩沙拉，腹泻又回来了。
