After eating at pei wei on Saturday 04/07/2018 my sister in law and I started feeling very sick on Monday.
Symptoms included diarrhea, fever, stomach cramps, muscle weakness and vomiting.

Had salad last night, had very watery diarrhea immediately after. Didn't think it was from the salad. Had remaining salad for lunch today, diarrhea is back.
