Ordered a Grilled House Salad with thousand island dressing. Tasted fine but about two hours after lunch, I had horrible diarrhea. Woke up the next day with nausea and diarrhea. Either the chicken wasn't cooked all the way or the dressing was bad.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée
