Ordered a Grilled House Salad with thousand island dressing. Tasted fine but about two hours after lunch, I had horrible diarrhea. Woke up the next day with nausea and diarrhea. Either the chicken wasn't cooked all the way or the dressing was bad.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Venti Carmel breve 拿铁咖啡。我通常会喝热咖啡。我希望我能做到这一点。我被冰了。一半半的味道有点不对劲，但我只是觉得那是因为我喝了这么长时间的冷咖啡。1 1/2 小时后，我已经有爆发性腹泻 8 个小时了！我很恶心我很虚弱我觉得我几乎无法动弹。
