went to have a birthday dinner for my husband, and we didn't even get to finish our food without him being sick, he was sick all night, throwing up and felt miserable. seeing all the other post's on here is just unbelievable. Picked up a carry out of Thai Lettuce Wraps on Tuesday, Jan 23, 2018 at around 12:30 PM and Ate this food at 1 PM. Starting Throwing up at 2 AM and then Diarrhea started at 4 AM Thought I was going to die for about 24 hours.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

A déjeuné sous forme de buffet le lundi 15 janvier à 11h15. Buffet indien.
Il a quitté le restaurant et vers 16h30 a commencé à vomir toutes les 15 minutes pendant 3 heures. J'ai aussi eu de la diarrhée. J'ai dû lui rendre visite à cause de l'incapacité de garder les liquides et la déshydratation.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, déshydratation
