I order a 6 piece chicken nugget,and a jr bacon cheeseburger and a cup of water around 7:35pm. This is the only thing I had ate,my symptoms started around 12 or 1am that night have been vomiting and having diarrhea having a hard time getting any rest.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

Ate a kids pizza for lunch on 3/6/18 and within 30 mins was throwing it all back up, severe stomach cramps, dehydration, went to ER was given fluids by IV & a shot of nausea medicine, was still throwing up throughout the night with severe stomach cramps  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, déshydratation, Crampes

On 2/26/19, my mother & I both ordered carryout of 2 Cobb salads,with fried chicken tenders, @ approximately 10:25 a.m.. Je me suis coupé un avocat pour manger
Mardi 5 février 2019 et a mangé environ 5 pièces. Je les ai coupés en tranches. J'ai commencé à me sentir malade et j'ai commencé à vomir tout ça. Je n'avais rien mangé depuis plus tôt.
