I order a 6 piece chicken nugget,and a jr bacon cheeseburger and a cup of water around 7:35pm. This is the only thing I had ate,my symptoms started around 12 or 1am that night have been vomiting and having diarrhea having a hard time getting any rest.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate a kids pizza for lunch on 3/6/18 and within 30 mins was throwing it all back up, severe stomach cramps, dehydration, went to ER was given fluids by IV & a shot of nausea medicine, was still throwing up throughout the night with severe stomach cramps  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps

On 2/26/19, my mother & I both ordered carryout of 2 Cobb salads,with fried chicken tenders, @ approximately 10:25 a.m.. Symptons: vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps and sweating began on 2/27/19, @ approx, 9p.m.,non-stop all through the night and morning. I cut me a avocado to eat on
Tuesday Feb 5, 2019 and ate about 5 pieces. I cut them in slices . I began to feel sick and starting vomiting all of it up I hadn't eaten anything since earlier.
