I ordered a bowl with chicken , black beans , brown rice , lettuce , hot sauce on the 30th of August 2017 . Later on that day was feeling terrible, I threw up constantly , was in pain for a whole day and then had diarrhea for two days straight .  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

New Philadelphia Ohio Chipotle. I ordered a veggie bowl. It had white rice, corn salsa, both beans black and brown, sour cream, shredded cheese and shredded lettuce at 11:30am. It's now 6:35pm and I'm so sick having diarrhea, nausea, throwing up and Fever. It's so horrible.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée
