had chicken wrap from McDonald’s but chicken wasn’t cooked person who had same as me was vomiting but the toilets are really dirty no one is cleaning them or the tables, I got sick my mom got sick a friend who used the drive thru got sick we all had the same symptoms  | Symptômes: Vomissements, Diarrhée, Fièvre

Went to McDonald’s came home roughly 3 hours later I started feeling nauseous and diarrhoea witch was followed by a head ache I have been between hot and cold sweats  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Transpiration

Ate 2 breakfast sausage burritos close to 12PM. Started diarrhea an hour after and vomiting with fever 3-4 hours after that has lasted no more than 24 HRS.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

I ordered 2 kids nugget happy meals with apples, 1 shamrock, and 1 chocolate shake for my 3 & 5 year olds around 2pm. They both started vomiting at 8 pm. Wondering if it could be the apples???  | Symptômes: Vomissements

2 year old daughter had a 6 nugget happy meal 2 Friday’s ago, and had been suffering bad fevers and cramps since. Took her to the hospital and a case of Salmonella was confirmed via stool samples. Can only trace this back to McDonald’s nuggets. Albsolute nightmare since  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Vomissements, Crampes
