Bought a grand Big Mac fries and a Diet Coke and began to get stomach cramps about two hours later, I knew it was this as I only had toast that morning, to be honest it was very busy at the drive thru and the staff were miserable, hence the fact the burger wasn’t over hot!  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Crampes

On feb. 14 I purchased my 3 year old son a 6 piece nugget happy meal with fries and apples and chocolate milk for dinner that was the last thing he ate. I ate chicken nuggets, Fries and a smoothie from here around noon today.. ended up feeling nauseated afterwards and threw up 3 times, it’s 2am and I’m still feeling sick but more Ill then before ? it was the only thing i ate, so my guess is that McDonalds gave me food poisoning so thanks McDonald’s  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements
