J'ai mangé une salade de tacos au bœuf à 21 h. Elle a un goût rance, mais j'avais faim. Maux d'estomac dans les 2 heures. Vomissements à 3 heures du matin et crampes intestinales. La diarrhée explosive sévère a commencé à 7 heures du matin et dure maintenant depuis 2 heures. On dirait que ça va mieux.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, Crampes

I ate today at about 18:00 and got a number 8. The store in the first place was a mess the food was terrible but I was so hungry I went ahead and ate it. I would of complained but it took 30 minutes to get my order anyways.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
