晚上 9 点吃了牛肉炸玉米饼沙拉。她会尝到腐臭的味道但我饿了。2小时内胃部不适。凌晨 3 点呕吐，肠道抽筋开始。严重爆炸性腹泻从早上 7 点开始，现在已经持续了 2 个小时。似乎好起来了。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I ate today at about 18:00 and got a number 8. The store in the first place was a mess the food was terrible but I was so hungry I went ahead and ate it. I would of complained but it took 30 minutes to get my order anyways.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
