I ate lunch and about an hour later it wasn't sitting right in my stomach. I came home from work and about 5 hours after I ate it I was throwing everything up. That's when the diarrhea began and it's been going all night and now into the following day  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements

I purchased a hot tea. The hot water comes from hot chocolate/cappuccino dispenser. I believe the tubing and/or nozzle are contaminated. Ended up with vomiting and diarrhea, muscle/joint aches and pains.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

J'ai commandé un burrito aux haricots et au riz à wawa le 16 janvier soir et je l'ai mangé vers 22 heures. Et vers le 17 janvier à 10h30, j'ai commencé à ressentir un mal de tête et des nausées. Puis j'ai vomi les ingrédients du burrito… Voir plus
