I ate lunch and about an hour later it wasn't sitting right in my stomach. I came home from work and about 5 hours after I ate it I was throwing everything up. That's when the diarrhea began and it's been going all night and now into the following day  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I purchased a hot tea. The hot water comes from hot chocolate/cappuccino dispenser. I believe the tubing and/or nozzle are contaminated. Ended up with vomiting and diarrhea, muscle/joint aches and pains.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 1 月 16 日晚上在 wawa 点了一个豆和米卷饼，然后在晚上 10 点左右吃了。在 1 月 17 日上午 10 点 30 分左右，我开始感到头痛和恶心。然后我把墨西哥卷饼的食材扔了两次，然后一直把所有液体扔进肚子里，我喝了一口的任何东西我也把它扔了。每次都会有腹泻和呕吐。
