Wednesday got white rice, steak, fajita veggies, queso, corn, green salsa. Myself and another colleague were hospitalized with food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
