Closure Date: 10-13-2020Cockroach and fly infestation. The inspector saw cockroaches “too numerous to count” at the cook line and in the equipment storage area and basement. There was also an “excessive” number of house flies and fly egg casings. Among other violations, the handwashing station didn’t have soap, raw pork was being thawed unsafely, some of the kitchen equipment was not commercial-grade, many items in the kitchen were dirty or in disrepair and some ceiling tiles were missing or water-damaged.
