- comments: observed outside garbage dumpster overflowing with trash and lids wide open with trash above rim. Instructed manager that lids must be tight fitting per city code to prevent rodent harborage. Instructed to maintain. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b)

- comments: observed boxes stored on rear tables in cafeteria. Instructed manager to remove clutter to prevent unwanted pests.
