- comments: observed no hot water at handwashing sink in prep area. Water temperature 40. 0f. Also in lunchroom staff washroom at 55. 0f. Instructed to repair by reinspection. Hot water must be a minimium of 100. 0f. Priority violation issued 7-38-030(c) no citation

- comments: observed the hand sinks in the washroom in the lunch manager office and teacher's washroom not maintained. Timer in poor repair. Instructed water must stay on for at least 15 seconds.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed wall areas not cleaned of debris at upper and lower walls at 3- compartment sink. Instructed to clean/maintain.
