I believe I got food poisoning from Applebee’s on eagle rd in Meridian Idaho on Tuesday October 2, 2018. My sister and I went to lunch. I had a house salad. Boneless chicken wings and a shrimp rice dish. My sister had a house salad but different entree’s. She is not sick. Later that evening I had a horrible fever, stomach cramps, and diarrhea. Still having symptoms going on 3 days now. I had not eaten anything previous. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
