On Friday, January 30, 2026, at approximately 11:30 PM, my daughter and I dined at the Applebee's restaurant located in Newton, New Jersey. Subsequently, we both experienced significant health issues, including severe pain, vomiting, and chills. The symptoms were particularly acute for my daughter. I am inquiring about the current status of the investigation regarding this matter.I ordered a whiskey bacon cheeseburger with french fries and a white peach sangria. My daughter had boneless wings as an appetizer and a cheeseburger with french fries. We began experiencing severe symptoms on Sunday, including vomiting, diarrhea, and chills, which was extremely distressing. I took her to the emergency room, and I started feeling sick at home.
