Appetizer Feast Causes Illness - Applebee's, Orem Utah

Last night at 9:00 pm three friends and I went there. We had almost ever appetizer on the menu and I got the 6 oz steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. Everything was fine until about seven or eight hours later. I woke up with feeling so nauseous and my stomach hurt so bad. Not wanted to wake up my boyfriend I tried to fall back asleep, but it would continue to wake me up. I ended up speed walking to the bathroom multiple times to throw up and use the restroom. I new it was bad, but after my third time of pooping out green watery liquid I was ready to cry. It’s now a little past 2:00 pm the next day and I’m still in the fetal position in bed. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Green Stool
