On Thursday 4-21-16 I ate lunch at Applebees with a coworker. I ordered their Chicken Tortilla and Asian Chicken Salad lunch special. I was only able to get through half a cup of the soup and a few bites of the salad before I lost my appetite. I dropped my co-worker off and headed for home because I was quickly feeling sick. On my drive home I began violently throwing up. I ended up throwing up 5 times within 1 hour until my stomach was completely empty. Once my stomach was empty the vomiting stopped. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
