Curly Fries Cause Illness - Arby's, Marion Ohio

I got loaded curly fries and Swiss cheese and roast beef sandwiches on 8/22/18, but only ate the curly fries and saved the sandwiches for lunch the next day. About 4 am I started to feel sick to my stomach, had a headache, and terrible neck pain. I did not take my temperature, but was very sweaty. I got up about 5:30 am, still feeling bad and got ready for work. I vomited twice before I left and felt dizzy and achy. I went to work for about an hour and then came home still feeling terrible. I had a headache and diarrhea until about 6 pm when I did start feeling better but still nauseous and achy. I did not eat anything else so the curly fries had to have been what made me sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache, Dizziness, Sweating
